Three funeral home operators serve Randolph County: Cater on E. Rollins in Moberly, family-owned since 1931; Pathway-Millard on Union Avenue; and Patton in Huntsville. Cater and Pathway-Millard both offer email notification of new obituaries. A death certificate comes from the county health department in Moberly, $14 for the first copy and $11 for each additional one bought at the same visit — buy several at once. Burial plots at Oakland Cemetery are $500.
