Category: Council Study Sessions

Study sessions are where Moberly’s City Council works through an issue in detail before it reaches a formal vote — budgets, rate studies, long-range plans. They are open to the public like any other council meeting, and usually far more informative than the vote that follows. The city has not posted a study session to its channel yet; when it does, the video will be linked here. Agendas are in the Agenda Center; questions to the City Clerk, 660-269-8705 ext. 2052.
