Senior meals, both at a centre and delivered, work on suggested contributions: nobody is turned away for not paying. OATS Transit runs in-town rides for $2 and Moberly to Columbia on Tuesdays for $10 return, but drivers take no money on the bus — you load an account in advance. There are eight licensed care facilities in the county, 593 beds in total. Meals, rides, Medicare help and every facility.
