Beyond books

The Library of Things is the part most people do not know about. It lends fishing rods, disc golf sets, seed packets from the seed library, health and wellness kits, Connect Kits and a Healing Library. There is also a Book Box service, education bundles, a genealogy collection, an outreach department and a podcast, Project Spoken Stories.

The system belongs to Missouri Evergreen, so a Little Dixie card reaches the shared catalog of dozens of Missouri libraries, not just these four buildings.

Events are announced on the library’s Facebook page rather than its website.
