The City of Moberly sells you water and sewer only. Electricity and natural gas are Ameren Missouri; trash is Waste Management, billed on your city bill. The dates that matter every month: due the 17th, a 20 percent penalty on the 18th, water off on the 23rd. An occupancy inspection is required before the city will turn water on at a new address — $45, and people moving here are caught by it constantly.
